The courier Guy terrible service

Using The Courier Guy has seen nothing, but parcel being delivered damaged on every dispatch. Today part of a delivery has been lost, called to rectify this issue with no help from the consultant. I've asked for the operations manager; I've been holding on for 8 minutes now. The service from The Courier Guy is absolutely shocking!!!!
