The Courier Guy = TERRIBLE SERVICE

Good day

I have been having endless issues with The Courier Guy, our Company CGL Distributions have been sending parcels in the last few months and everything is being messed up, parcels being delivered at incorrect addresses and parcels going missing, we never get assistance when complaining via mail i do not know what to do anymore i am loosing customers because of this....We will be looking at alternative courier because we just can't understand this we fill out our waybills accordingly and still this is happening....

I think also everything is a party at the courier guy offices no one listens to us and no one really assisting us it's just a big funny joke to everyone there..
