The Courier Guy- Terrible service!!!

Terrible service!!! I couriered a parcel on overnight service, it was a Saturday. I was told their vehicles only leave on Monday and that it would be delivered Tues morning around 11. Tues 13:00 I call the courier service to enquire, they tell me the parcel has to go via Durban then to the delivery address, but it hasn't even been captured on their system in Durban, that's Tues morning; the time in which the parcel should have been delivered already and the delivery address is 4 hours away from Durban! They call me and apologise and say that it will be delivered the following day at 11am. Wed morning still no delivery, I call again. They tell me my area is a regional area and that they only do deliveries there on Thursdays. But I paid for an overnight service and that was not declared to me! The lady I spoke to said she will ask her manager to call me, I never got a call! I paid for an overnight service on Saturday, parcel was supposed to be delivered Tues morning and I had to wait until Thursday before it was delivered! This was my worst experience from The Courier Guy!!! Very unprofessional and very disappointing!!
