The courier guy system is a mess

Been using the services of the courier guy for the last couple of years dispatching +-R20000 per month of courier fees through them, since they changed the system to a new system without waybills to be completed it is an absolute mess. One issue after another, I am so frustrated and irritated as their incompetence are becoming our headache with unhappy clients
