The Courier Guy (supposed driver is Musa)

I am very disgusted with how this company and it's drivers lie. Last week Thursday I ordered hair, The Courier Guy was supposed to be the delivering Company, I have been receiving messages from them from 06:00 am for the past 3 days saying my parcel is out for delivery, no phone call to let me know the driver is outside I must come and pick my delivery, bit this is a lie bacuase outside there are securities from 06:00 am until 18:00 pm and guess what I received an E-mail from them saying my parcel is returned to the hub and that the company was closed at 15:44 mind you it's a Friday and most companies close at 13:00 on Friday, and my company opens from 08:00 am until 16:00 pm daily , so my question to them is why was I not called to let me know was parcel is outside I must come and pick it up, why did securities not see anything, an why would I receive a message saying my parcel is out for delivery 06:00 am for the past 3 days an only receive an E-mail and message in the afternoon saying my delivery is being returned to the hub due to company being closed?, I have not received my parcel still and I'm beyond angry , the incompetence and lies!
