The Courier Guy SUCKS

Up to about a month ago, Courier Guy has been our go to courier. Not any longer - and the more I ponder this issue, the more I conclude that top management has reneged their duties.

We, for more than 4 years, have been receiving and forwarding 1 litre, 5 litres and 25 litres plastic bottles filled with liquid. These products, either come to us, or are redirected at source to a client. The latest is "Broken" bottles. Forklift accidents. Bottles with nails in, one shudders to think what happens in the back of that truck if bottles end up with nails in them. The frequency is as high as twice per week, The Damage Controller, Mr. Desley Wewers, tel number ***, shrugs it off with "We have investigated and it not our people that did it". Well my service provider would hardly break bottles or drive nails into them and we have not received the package yet, thus in my book, Courier guy is the culprit. Wewers slips through that noose, by saying "We don't take responsibility for liquids. But it has worked perfectly for 4 to 5 years!!!!!! Other irritations include late deliveries for overnight services, Well no more. We shall use smaller couriers, more expensive couriers, drive ourselves, but no more Mr. Courier Guy.

Possible explanations could be: Courier Guy trucks at Bottle Stores during working hours and the fact that Courier Guy drivers, drive like demons possessed, with scant regard to traffic rules or fellow road users.
