The courier guy SUCKS

The worst experience EVER, I can't believe they have no customer service honestly. I don't know how a big company like Telkom can use a low marked courier company to deliver their devices. The driver indicates that he delivered but all evidence show that the device was not delivered this was on the 17th of April and today is the 21st of April. they are trying to trace the package I JUST CAN'T ANYMORE. THEY ARE ****ING USELESS. I just don't get how you cannot update a customer.
