The Courier Guy sucks!

Over the last few months, I've had numerous parcels go missing. Had to wait weeks for delivery and recently had the following 3 incidents. 1. Parcel went from Cape Town to Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth to me. 2. Parcel took longer to get to me than a parcel from the UK. 3. Still missing. A parcel sent from a town 2 hours away from me. They don't know where it is. That was collected on the 11th.

Don't bother calling them. They will put the phone down. Don't bother emailing them. They will either ignore you or say your parcel is on it's way which means next week maybe.
