The courier guy stole R400 from me!

I'm so disappointed and cannot warn people enough about this courier company *****ing R400 from me ! The only reason why i choose this courier company was because of their take a lot arrangement as their prices are higher then other courier companies. I've booked a courier from Johannesburg to take a lot warehouse in kempton park , and choose an automatic option their website which quoted me on R60. For some reason the courier guy have the take a lot address in kempton park registered on an area close to durban called tabankulu or something like that and my parcel ended up in durban. I almost lost business with take a lot and have managed to deliver myself and the courier guy have charged me R400!!!! To get my parcel back. When u addressed to their costumer care with this matter they said that this mistake is not their responsibility as i should have looked carefully and not choose the kempton park take a lot wearhouse in tabakulu ( which does not exist ). Be very aware of that company as I'm sure that option was not on the website by mistake.
