The Courier Guy stole from my stuff

My son send me 2 parcels from Mosselbay to Mtunzini in KwaZulu-Natal. The one was 16kg and arrived a few days later. The other one was 46.6kg with a wooden board cable tie on top of a plastic crate. Only the board arrived? After several calls, and pictures, the crate and half of my stuff arrived. Now the rest of the stuff is more than R5000? It's now more than 2 weeks and I get no reply from them. They think it's a small thing and don't care about the small customers. It's not OK. I want to make sure everyone must know and I want my stuff back or my money
