The courier guy Standerton - poor service

On the 6th of Aug I courier 2 boxes from Vrendeburg to Standerton. On the 11th of Aug 1 box was delivered at Cashbuild Standerton as per waybill. The driver told the receiver that there short 1 box, and that he will deliver it the next day,since the load was full. We didn't receive anything the next day,which was a Friday. On Saturday morning I went to the office of The courier guy to find out about my other box, then the guy told me the box went missing. The following week i contact the branch manager to explain the situation, and she told me they will request footage from Secunda to see if they can locate my box. Every time I was the one that followed up,to find out if they found my box. This morning exactly 2 weeks later, I heard that my box is lost, and i can claim if I do have proof of an invoice for the stuff inside the box, which was glasses that I purchased in the Cape. When I told the manager I don't have the invoice anymore, she said that in their T&C's, the do not cover any breakages of glasses, and that they send it on the senders risk. My problem is just, even if it was glasses, the glasses didn't break,my box went missing. I'm very very disappointed in the poor service of The courier guy Standerton and will not recommend any one to make use of them
