THE COURIER GUY- South Africas CARTEL

I have been using The Courier Guy for 3 years now and today is the LAST DAY I WILL EVER SUPPORT THEM.

I am an e commerce business owner and I've lost roughly R20 000.00 due to THEFT FROM THE COURIER GUY.

My parcels NEVER get to my clients WITHOUT BEING TAMPERED WITH.

I have upgraded my packaging, placed my parcels in double boxes and wrapped it with plastic all to prevent THE THEFT from happening but it continues! I am sick!!!!!!!! of hearing the call centres EXCUSES and being put on hold FOR NO ONE TO DO ANYTHING

This is ongoing (3 years) and it has to be within The Courier Guys Warehouses, Drivers and managers because all of them tries to be more *********** than the last.

If you value your merchandise PLEASE DONT USE THE COURIER GUY!!!!!!!!!!

I regret not changing Courier Services earlier.
