This is the third time that the drivers or handlers at The Courier Guy have destroyed my cartons sent from Gq around the country after all 4 sides of the cartons were clearly labelled with stickers’ FRAGILE’ THIS SIDE UP’, WARNING DO NOT STACK’ and hand written with black marker pen LIVE PLANTS PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE! The fact that they don’t insure plants is even more disturbing as they blatantly disregard the bright colour labels in the cartons. The drivers and handlers are poorly trained and informed.
