The Courier guy sliding down.

I normally rate them well. but lately well they seem to be sliding down the same hill teh SA government is on. I recently bought a package from Aerial concepts. It was marked with the for my province but they sent it to Mpumalanga. Now two towns with the same names. it happens...... BUt it was the way they handled it. Not what can we do but just excuses and abrupt brush off. ( oh and pay if you want it redirected its not our fault. despite the clear provincial code.) On the other hand I phone aerial concepts their response is opposite. no excuses just , what can we do. what would you like us to do, how can we make it right. No nonsense about whose fault it is.... 5 and a half stars for Aerial COncepts.
