The Courier Guy shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near your packages.

Ordered non-alcoholic beers. Supplier shipped via TCG. Boxes arrived but one had been ripped open and two beers missing. Monetary value negligible. The Hoedspruit TCG staff were completely uninterested in the issue, so I flagged it to the WhatsApp complaint number. The eventual response was that the box must have been damaged in transit and two bottles just happened to fall out. I have pix of the boxes, supp**** them to TCG, and it’s obvious the one box had been torn open at the corners. No way the damage could be from the box falling over for instance. Furthermore, there was absolutely no damage to any of the other bottles in the box.

The response from TCG now is that they have reviewed their security videos but they can’t share this evidence with me and I just have to believe them. Just ridiculous.

Terrible service. Apparent theft.. avoid like the plague.
