The Courier Guy should have stayed CLOSED

TCG should have remained closed. Their service during the lockdown since they re-opened their operations SUCKS! Waybill OLW*** is a royal joke and calling the Customer Call Centre is extremely frustrating. Usually, about 22-24 in the queue and after about 8-10 mins call drops!!! No response to emails either. You guys should have stayed closed and run with the full teams. Then you rock but now you SUCK.
