The Courier Guy - shocking service

I have had nothing but issues with this company. I have constantly got to follow up with them to update the tracking.

I have placed collection with them, and on 3 separate occasions, when our supplier tells the driver to go to the warehouse to collect, they just drive away and do not collect our customers parcels. I have to baby sit them at their own job??

I would recommend that you stay far away form them. Shocking service
