The courier Guy …. Shocking and unprofessional service

Absolutely shocking service and treatment from a supposed “professional “ company,Entrusted to transport goods from Stellenbosch to Johannesburg Did not keep their delivery promises re timeline… A week late.

Our 58 inch 11+K flat screen TV arrived smashed to smitherines !! Their excuse? Not packaged sufficiently?? Courier guy ! Why did you not raise this concern when you collected our possessions?!! You were quick to fleece us for an additional R1300.00 as you claimed this was to cover the cost of additional weight of our boxes,If you went to these lengths why did you not raise your concerns about the TV and add additional packaging?!? I would have happily paid ! Afterall…. THIS IS WHAT YOU DO!! Transport goods.

To add insult to injury,Our boxes arrived soaking wet and falling apart all our possessions spilling out onto our driveway as your driver attempted to unload,All the while only being concerned with getting a signiture ! Courier guys response ?? Arrogant and disinterested! Not even a call to apologise!! This should hardly be surprising when they have a 1.8 star rating on hello Peter !!

I will be taking legal action and contacting the goods and services ombudsman.I wonder if the founder of this company would be happy with the disgusting way customers and their prized possessions are treated.
