The Courier Guy Shame on you

This must be the company with the worst customer service in the world. My account just got suspended because their data capturing is far behind. My account according to them is in arrears! After they acknowledge receiving both proof of payments to the value of R8000.00 they now claim I must be patient as they are busy capturing payments. I have been with you 10 years and on average spend 15 to 20k a month with you, my reward ? I get treated like ****. Shame on you!!
