The Courier Guy: Services Nightmare!!!!

I would write a book!!! Service Nightmare!!!

The service is **********, BAD, and POOR. The services are so poor from the Customer Care Centre, Branch employees, and area managers, even their system. I am not sure why people are still using these guys.

I have place order on the 4th August 2022, for an express delivery. Till today the order has not reached my client. The Witbank landline not working, the employees there seem to have no clue about their work.

I had to make another payment today, an extra payment. Everytime when you call you get a different story. I called the +***1 for more than 20 times. There is simply no help. Cindy Van Der Mewrwe - Full of excuses. (There was no driver, I am busy with client, She tells me that she is on lunch at 09am in the morning) Duwayne - Always on the road, always will get back to you but never does. The customer care line, is just a joke, they actually refer to https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/ to give an update about the parcel, I mean I've already been on the portal. The system or anyone never informs of the delay. I HAVE NEVER GOT HELPED. I LOST HOPE. There is no one you could hold accountable. I am sure if this a courier company or micky mouse. Flabbergasted.
