The courier guy service - STAY AWAY

Worst service ever in my life the past week. Parcels not being collected on time that was booked in the correct time slots, drivers booking a lot of bull in the notes as to why it was not collected. Billing a mess for billing a box of 35 x 35, weighing no more than 4 kg as a box of 4meter and weight of 1150kg Credit note being done for more than a week resulting my accoint to be on hold for being in arrears due to incorrect information booked. Parcels being teared open between the truck and collections, items removed, closed with selotape and nothing done or no feedback when logging a query. Think 3 times before using them. They were tops and some branche still are but overall in the bigger picture it a MESS and problems dont get sorted out. Sorry for the branches that goes the extra mile but the rest being so bad
