The Courier Guy Service is Pathetic

I lost a client today because I couldn't get her parcel to her in time. Just waiting the whole day to get a repsonse to a quote and how to pay.<br> <br> The employees at The Courier Guy must have an iron clad work contract for the rest of their lives because they obviously couldn't give a damn about actually working there, so I dont know how they stay employed.<br> <br> Business must be good, but only for the big clients. not for the small 1 person inquiring a parcel to Israel.
