I am a homebased small online business My supplier couriered a kids electric bike as a birthday gift for my clients grandchild and its R2200 with courier (door to door) Parcel was boxed and everything properly

Client received yesterday 15/5/2025 & opened this morning to assemble for the child but instead was a disaster the bike is broken

How tragic for us as home business to go through this when we trust this courier company to assist us with our parcels ....
