The Courier Guy Secunda: Worst Courier Service in South Africa (SA)

The Courier Guy Secunda: Worst Courier Service in South Africa (SA)! I had the most terrible experience with Courier Guy Secunda, if they keep this service delivery up they will become the next post office! I was assisted by Shoba (if you can call it assistance) upon arrival I was half heartedly greeted, upon requesting assistance to send a box I was rudely told that I should complete the papers, which I did only to be told barely audible that I did not complete the transfer pack of papers! I requested the package to be sent overnight for which I paid a hefty amount only to be informed that the package did not arrive overnight. When the payment should have been made the internet connection was lost at the branch, the lady again barely audibly said in the air that there is no internet connection, not once was I informed on what is being done! The service delivery and experience at Secunda Courier guy is poor to say the least! I am disappointed and extremely frustrated having to have paid and endured this poor service only to receive confirmation that the package did not arrive in time!
