The Courier Guy ********

The Courier Guy doesn't even deserve the 1 star I have to click.

Bought a product on 7 December, they. The Courier Guy was notified on 9 Dec to collect. TGC was too late to collect on 12 Dec and only collected it on 14 Dec. My parcel was dispatched on 17 Dec for the 1st time and returned to the depo for no reason, this was repeated on Monday 19 Dec, on Tuesday 20 Dec again and on Wednesday 21 Dec twice. I've been home every day, no one came to the house, no phone call to say their here, na-da, nothing, F-all!! I've emailed their support, I tried calling them, I've used their chat option and I'm still sitting without my parcel...eventually found a WhatsApp no and the only reply is 'Your query is noted and will be escalated..."
