The courier guy Rustenburg- bad services

The courier guy delivery services is terrible. I’m currently waiting on a delivery it's been almost a week since my delivery is at their depot. I got the response that the address was incomplete and went to the depot to ask the driver to return it so I could collect it there, to which they agreed. On 06/05/2024 around 2:00 pm I went to collect the package and it was still not there. Today 07/05/2024 they sent a message that the package is out for delivery to the same address they said it's not complete. I find this behaviour unacceptable. Why do we have to suffer like this because of this company? I’m absolutely disappointed in the courier guy.
