The Courier Guy ruined my reputation

The Courier Guy have ruined my reputation and put me in a bad position with a client. I sent a parcel from Newcastle to Middelburg in the Eastern Cape. The postal code was clear on the waybill and the person processing the parcel even wrote EC on the waybill. I tracked the parcel until I saw it was being sent from Middelburg back to Johannesburg. I phoned Middelburg (EC) and thr said they did not receive the parcel, I provided the tracking number and they said it was in Middelburg (MP) and that it was being sent back to Johannesburg. So they discovered that they had made a mistake and no one bothered to inform me I had to investigate and find all of this out. It's 6 days later and I have not received ANY comms from them. I have had to refund my customer and possibly loose a few more because I clearly won't get a review. We are all trying to make ends meet and I figured I would support The Courier Guy instead of using other chain stores and this is how I am thanked
