Sent a parcel from Richards Bay to Dundee. The overhead menu board states 2-3 days less than 15kg will cost you R100.00. Courier Guy Richards Bay charges R285.00. I asked why and the answer from the cashier was because it is December time. They will not see a cent from me again. Judging from the many complaints here customers should think twice before spending money at their kiosks. Furthermore not one complaint was attended by The Courier Guy Head office.. That tells you a lot about the companies ethics.
