The courier guy really ain’t **** !

Oh boy oh boy what **** service I’ve received from these people. Their courier had to fetch an item that’s been ready for collection since Monday. Around 3pm on Monday I call the company to enquirer and the lady says the courier said he’ll fetch it before 5pm. Then this ***** of a man lies and says he tried to call me and my phone was on voicemail, a total lie ! The item has been ready for collection since with security at the complex. If he’s actually been there to fetch it and call me, security would’ve alerted me. I truly hate the service I received from these people
