The Courier Guy: Pudo SA are *******!!!!!!!

I have been using The Courier Guys Pudo services for the past 3months. Every week I'd register boxes that are worth more than R2000 and deposit them into the Pudo Lockers.

I was shocked to find out that I won't be refunded nor given a new pin to deposit boxes after my pin expired. I only received an email notifying me that the pin will expire soon and when I acted upon it it said it doesn't exist. I then proceeded to send a message requesting a new pin or sending the boxes to the depot and was told that I missed the deadline and therefore they can't assist. On their website there's no mention of this. On the sms or emails there's absolutely no mention about this.

I basically paid for a service that wasn't rendered to me and it breaks my heart as I'm a small business and now I have to pay for the boxes again. It doesn't make sense at all and there is NO MENTION of the fact that once the pin expires you loose, or rather, they basically ***** your hard earned money
