The Courier Guy - PUDO - Parcels gets opened in their lockers

My pudo parcel that I sent to my son in Stellenbosch was opened and stuff was ******. The response from Pudo was that they cannot pick up any tampering from their camera footage and there is nothing that they can do further?

Do they think that I would lie about something like this - just before we son collected the parcel I received a call from Pudo confirming collection and I said NO it has not been collected, half an hour later my son gets there and the envelope has been torn off - I sent all the photos to them. A week later i get a response to say they cannot see any tampering ? So disappointed in your service PUDO !!!!! Would never recommend you to anyone
