The Courier Guy - pudo

Good day, I hope this mail finds you well. I'm Lebo Bogaleboile and I've been doing business with you guys more than a year. Yesterday I booked courier for on top of my two parcels, and I called your landline up and down trying to track down my parcels, I did not appreciate how I got service from you.

At first I was told that the driver says that he couldn't get hold of supplier and I provided an alternative number, still my parcel was never picked up, I then booked courier for another parcel next door to my initial parcel and yet both parcels were never picked up, when I got mad about all of the lies which I have been receiving from you guys, I was given a second excuse to say that the package was not ready, which was not true as the supplier was on my head that I should send through the courier people as they will be closing their shop soon.

This is totally unacceptable and intolerable that I be given such treatment as if you guys are doing me a favor and I paid for a service. The second you are dishonest with me, it damages my image as well because of I promised my clients that I'll deliver on time but you guys are failing me, and what angered me most was that you canceled both of my orders. Expect a negative review from me besides this one because you wasted with my money.
