The Courier Guy / Pudo

I had a package which was sent from Pretoria to Cape Town which I wanted to be delivered at a Pudo box location. Yesterday The Courier Guy sent me a whatsapp stating I have 2 days to collect my package and they provided a location on the same whatsapp. I went there yesterday after work and the pin which they shared with me with the location took me to a point where is nothing but empty buildings. And when I say NOTHING there is NOTHING! I phoned this morning because The Courier Guy do not have an after hours number. The lady who helped me, or should I say spoke to me because there was not help. She insisted the location does exist. Can anybody be so ignored and slow!!!!!!!!!!! Please give your people training. The she gave me an address very arogantly. Which again was wrong!!!! Then I phoned Pudo they gave me another address. By the way which also does not exist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By walking from business to business in the block I found it. I WILL NEVER MAKE USE OF YOUR SERVICE EVER AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW HOW BAD THE SERVICE IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
