The courier guy pudo disgusting service

Your service is outrageous!! I use pudo to send parcels for my business on a regular basis. 5 of my parcels are missing in action. Ive been messaging and e-mailing for days now with no response. My customers received the wrong parcels, some parcels just went missing and other parcels are out for delivery for over a week. What is happening?We pay for your service and send valuable goods which are just missing in action. I will be taking this matter further. Somewhere along the line our parcels must be getting stollen. Why is there no feedback?????
