The Courier Guy promotes Theft!!!!!!!!!!!

My story is something else, i was in contact with Evetech to get my sons headset sent back as it was faulty. So i waited for my package to be collected and my wife called me saying the couriers are here at my house to collect a package. I said they have the wrong address because i provided Evetech with my works address, so they changed the address and collected my package at work. My parcel was picked up with my Evetech invoice on it and when i received confirmation that my package ended up in Nelspruit i immediately got in contact with The Courier Guy so i can try understand how this is even possible!!!!!!!!! A company called phonetradr logged a pickup to my house but i have never dealt with them or spoke to them and they intercepted my package that i believe was planned and my package was tampered with. Do i log a police request against everyone involved? This is theft as my package has now been taken and in order to get it back i need to pay the delivery? What is this??????
