The Courier Guy Pretoria East: Bad Service

I am going to report your very poor service to hellopeter. When I got to your Pretoria East (Equestra) branch yesterday the 23rd of October, I specifically asked you to deliver my parcel on Friday the 25th of October (overnight at your branch) and you agreed. Today you telling me that the guy who was supposed to pick up my parcel on the other side forgot about it and you sorry.
