The Courier Guy Port Elizabeth, Terrible Service

Terrible experience dealing with The Courier Guy Port Elizabeth branch. We have an account with The Courier Guy and log collections across the country. We receive great service and able to track parcels if we collecting anywhere else except for Port Elizabeth. I always encounter challenges when i deal with this branch, Waybill numbers are never updated online it is always the case of a collection number. Parcels take forever if it will be coming from Port Elizabeth via The Courier Guy. Becomes even worse when contacting their branch, i kept sent from pillar-to-post couldn't be assistance. Such a ****py service.
