The Courier Guy poor service when damaging an item

I bought myself a smoker from Witbank two weeks ago and had The Courier Guy collect the item, at a premium as the smoker weighed 42kg so understandable. However the package was not delivered, three times was advised out on delivery but never delivered. After a week the package was eventually delivered but they had broken off the leg, which was firmly welded on, and just taken carton box tap and tapped it to the package. I have emailed the Cape Town office, Bresler and spoken to him, I have mailed and spoken to Liam the apparent Service Manager, Liesel the apparent PA to the manager and get no answers whatsoever. I mailed the MD and the Cape Town office manager this morning and advised them that I will be going public at 10am and still have not received a word. I too am in the service industry and if you mess up you make right with your clients. Send a welder to my premises and within 5min it will be sorted., but sticking head in the sand like an ostrich, hoping the problem will go away does not solve issues it escalates them.
