The Courier guy poor service.

Booked a collection for a parcel from a business at around 11am on 15/06/22. Tried to get in touch with Witbank branch for half the day to advise them that the pick up should be done before 5pm as the collection is from a business. Could not reach them.

Contacted the call center 3 times and was put on hold while my call just got cut after 5 minutes each time with no response.

Sent a WhatsApp message off the contact site and got rep**** to with “ Good day the driver was out of the area yesterday and when he went back to pick up the collection he found the business closed”

Absolutely useless service and pathetic communication.
