The Courier Guy, poor *********** service.

*********** courier service and non-existent customer service. Parcel sent in opposite direction from where it was supposed to be, Ladysmith to Johannesburg, instead of Ladysmith to Hilton. No-one is able to assist or to indicate when my parcel can be returned back to me for another courier service to be used. I lost money because I was unable to fulfil my agreement with a 3rd party, which will now give rise to civil litigation. DONT USE THE COURIER GUY!!!
