The Courier Guy poor client support

I ordered 2 motivational bracelets from OneDayOnly on 13 January. Delivery is done through The Courier Guy. When I opened the locker, my package looked pretty scruffy, with tread marks visible and a tear. However it felt like there was still something inside so I didn't worry too much. When I arrived home I opened my parcel only to find 2 empty boxes, no bracelets. I phoned, got no response, eventually got hold of someone who said he would help. He asked for the invoice, I sent it, he asked for my ID, I sent it. He asked for proof of bank account, I sent it, but, to date I still don't have my items OR my refund
