The Courier Guy PMB is the worst!

If i could rate their services -1 i would! absolutely appalling service. i have had an account with you for years and the last two years your service has been ***********! i email and phone numerous times and don't get replies... phone does not even get answered.. are you guys purposely trying to turn customers away???
