The Courier Guy personnel above and beyond

Job well done, I want to give credit to an employee of Courier Guy at the help desk whom delivered above and beyond her job description. The lady is Ursula Smuts, she is her weight in Gold to the company far over.

I am the receiver of the items and were not sure that the transaction were legitimate. The tracking number did not show the correct information and I contacted Courier Guy help desk. Ursula assisted me by providing me with information on the shipment. She also took it on her to contact me when the packages arrived successful. Well done Ursula and Courier Guy this job well done.
