The courier guy.... penalizing medical staff

I bought 1 plant online from a business in Pretoria. The courier guy apparently charges an extra R220 on top of the usual R150 to deliver to my work because I work at a day hospital..... so how does a R100 plant cost me R370 to deliver 50km away..... do they penalize people who work in hospitals? Surely this is unfair practice?
