The Courier Guy Pathetic Service

Recently sent a parcel from JHB -> DBN. The truck has was torched and The Courier Guy is refusing to claim through insurance for the lost\damaged parcel nor are they willing to give back the package that is "damaged". To date i have not had any response from the company and the parcel is still showing Enroute on their website.
