The courier guy pathetic service

Worst service ever and personal is so rude specifically a person by the name of thapelo in cosmo head office collected item from makro on the 22nd of December and today is the 29th of December still no delivery, I was advised that they came yesterday the 28th but my phone or complex never received any missed calls, Thapelo advises me that today they will deliver but when I started asking questions he then slammed the phone down on my face when he called back stated that he will deliver later today no time or confirmation on time I do understand of the public holidays but how does it take that many days to deliver once I called him out on slamming the phone he got very defensive. Makro users them but I can't understand why as there are many other courier companies in SA and they all provide a proper client service.
