The Courier Guy pathetic service.

I requested important documents be picked up in Cape Town today for delivery to me in Benoni tomorrow. When checking on the tracking facility at 16:44 the message said delivery failed owing to the fact that there was no phone number. (I have a screen shot that the phone number was listed). I phoned the support number to be told by the Cape Town office that I couldn’t have put the number in or they would have it !!! My screen shot proves that was a lie!! The documents that I wanted collected will now only be delivered to me on Wednesday. Very frustrating experience. Definitely not to be recommended!!!!
