The courier guy - Pathetic Service

The most unreliable courier service, will advise everyone to rather use Aramex. Parcel was suppose to be delivered on 27/2, today @ 12:32 I phoned the Nelspruit branch, spoke to Jerry, he indicated that the driver said there was no one at my address, and that I did not answer my phone. which is a total lie. I work from my home, and was here the whole day, and no missed calls from the driver. Jerry said he will get back to me, @ 15:05 I phoned him again, had to give him the waybill nr & my phone nr again. He phoned back, gave me the drivers nr, so that I know must phone this guy to deliver, this is really pathetic service and very unprofessional. I phoned the guy, and he was full of excuses why he could not deliver, apparently could not find my house, and he confirmed that he did not phone me yesterday. I tried the Head Office, and the manager is also not returning my phone calls. I'm still waiting......
