The Courier Guy pathetic service!

The Courier Guy is the most awefull business to do business with. I have never had such bad service in my life! Today is a week since I requested a parcel to be picked up in Jhb to be brought to Polokwane. I emailed them on Friday asking about the parcel. I was just informed it takes 3-5 working days. Today I emailed them again and I was informed the parcel is still not here. How pathetic! Does it come by snail mail? You must change the name The Courier Guy to The Snail Guy! Because what ever they do is not a Courier service.
