The courier guy pathetic service

Horrible service I created a new waybill online and made payment. The package was ready for collection. I received 2 emails saying that the package is not ready for collection. After speaking to the sender no one from "The courier guy" was there to collect the package. Eventually the package was collected and I specified it is 2 boxes and the driver asked to separate them, now I need to pay an additional R609 on top of the R240.35 I already paid this is pathetic . And when I inquired about the matter people at the branch were so rude. Really disappointed and won't recommend them to anyone!
